Scratches will not knock down a grade below MS-60 unless there is actual wear.

It has a really nice cheek but the the fields holds it back to Ms63 IMO.

Yeah, I would have to revise my MS64 to MS63 based on your obverse image. Still liking the reverse rim tone, however...
