Meow has found two LMC that where a bit odd to this Cat. Anything noteworthy?

1978d with a crooked mintmark.
1986d with unusual damage. PMD?

First coin displays damage to the mint mark (Post Strike Damage). The second look like it shows a Struck Through error and a Linear Plating Bubble as well. http://www.error-ref.com/blisteredplating/

So the second is a bit noteworthy? Time to add it to the Cat hoard! Meow is now thinking about buying a Whitman coin album to house all the CRH finds.

And has found quite a few Lincoln measles pennies. Meow just figured it was just corroding zinc under the copper, so paid no attention to them. Do people want pennies like that? If they do Meow has a slightly starting to rust SVT Lightning. Maybe someone will pay more than original sticker for it?

Most of the time no. They just go back to work doing the job they were intended to do. Make change. On the right is the color gray or copper on the area where STATES should be? If it is copper, I'm leaning more towards a struck through foil issue that has peel off. Your going to have to tell kitty to take horizontal images of the devices you want to show. That way If I can use them, there will still be enough of the image to edit or be able to see. Tell kitty coop like the images better that way. (in a kind voice)

OK done! Meow has additional photos to show. There is no zinc showing anywhere here.

Looks like a Struck Through error. I don't see any Post Strike Damage in the area of question.

Well it looks kinda natural, like part of the coin. Its a delicate pattern without the typical metal displacement of PMD. Meow just looked at it very closely at 90x, and thinks it is a continuation of the bubble or planchet flaw that flaked off. There are organic patterns like tree bark in that scar. Some of it is recessed, and some of it sticks out. It also looks like a water color over a crayon drawing. It has the same pattern, as the wax crayon repels most of the water based paint or stain in a natural mottled pattern.

Meow wants to talk in the forum about a OBW roll Meow bought on ebay. Where would Meow post it?

Doesn't look like a strikethrough, thinking PMD.
