Wondering if there is a premium for this. The treasurer signature is clearly over the serial number. This note does have some folds.

Due to the 3-stage printing process this shift in positioning is pretty much unavoidable.

You see it a lot in the older series notes.

It is not an "error" and is within BEP printing standards . Due to the low condition the note is not worth but a couple of bucks over face value ....IF you can find a collector looking for one!

Being involved in printing most of my life, I can relate to this.
The serial numbers are printed on a separate press after the notes have been printed.
There is a lot of movement of the notes from one press to the other so it is not unusual
to see slight variations.
