1879 Morgan Opinion Please

While doing some inventory I came across this oddity. I suspect its a worn die and couldn't find anything specific at Vamworld. What I noticed was the leaves that appear as two slivers are remarkably detached from the wreath. This can be viewed above the letter N in ONE. Also, part of the leaf at the letter U in UNITED is missing. Hope the pics are sufficient to see the discrepancy.
P.S. I did weigh the coin at 26.7g

nlp, this is very common on Morgan dollars. Caused by over polishing of the die. These pics are on an 1881.
