Can't tell with these pictures at all. We'll definitely need much better pictures, in order to give you an accurate answer.

Def need better pics but from what I can tell it looks like severe md. The devices appear reduced in size in these pics which is a dead giveaway for md. Better pics may prove me wrong

Look closely at the width of the device. Does it appear "normal" or is it visibly increased in size? The true hub doubled device will ALWAYS be larger in size.

Hint: this one is easy, compare the 1's.
