Two Identical 1954- 5 Jaio Coins But!!!!

I have two 1954 Taiwan 5 Jaio coins. One is brass (Y535) the other is white metal. I cannot find it any where. They both have identical markings, symbols and pictures. They are the same size and approximate weight.

They are listed under "FORMOSA", former name of TAIWAN

Plated. Or possibly painted.

You can actually see the white color peeling off - and revealing the yellow brass underneath - in several place on the obverse rim (several big spots at 10-11 hours, obvious small spot at 12 hours, and assorted less clear spots elsewhere; there's also a possible reverse spot at 6 hours).
