1964 Quarter With A Golden To Root Beer Sunburst

Second, it is not uncommon for coins to tone heaviest along the periphery and more gradually in the center. This may be a result of having been stored in a Whitman folder or other product which grips the coin along the edge. Is your coin similarly toned on the obv?
