Both business strikes for the same reasons as the
1965 cent you posted previously.

As mentioned, they're both Business Strikes. The first coin you showed in the pictures is the same one you've already posted.

The coin is damaged on the first one posted. I know your going to say it is raised. But the trench in the middle of the damage caused the side to be raised. So it is still damage. The SMS coins are probably all still in their holders. There were probably less than 100 of these out there. So I'd stop looking for these in circulation. The examples will all be VEDS (Very-Early-Die-State)
