Just curious as to the interest level in $400 worth of consecutively numbered mint state $20 bills....

There are a few who might be interested but bc its a $20 strap (which some might be much for them to collect or hold). And also depending on what year, district and serial number it would be.

District designation E5, which I believe is the Richmond, VA district.
