I am quite ignorant on this and some of the listings for the prices have a FW or DC behind the signatures in the price guide what do those mean?

That doesn't make sense to me because there are other branches right, and in this price guide the only thing it lists is:

Cabral-Snow - FW
Cabral-Snow - DC

They start this in 1988.

Also where would you find what a KL# coresponds to?

No, you are confusing Federal Reserve districts with BEP printing facilities. There are 12 districts and two printing facilities. I am not sure on the KL# but I would assume it is a reference number for a particular paper money book.

Ok so one of the BEP branches prints them but then they are distributed by the BEP to only the District that is printed on them?

There was only one printer until 1988?

Thanks for all of your help Biokemist.
