I found this after going through a huge lot of Foreign coins that got passed down to me after my grandfather committed suicide in February of 2010. This ended up being in the pile of Foreign coins that I was going through. I was wondering how rare this is, and how much it's worth? I looked it up and couldn't find any information on this variety. If anybody can help me, that would be great. Any value estimates?

I am sorry to hear about your grandfather.
I have personally found that genuine doubled dies from other countries are not collectible like US coins.
Still a very cool coin.

Thank you BigSilver! I have noticed that as well too, that real Doubled Dies from other countries are not as collectible as Doubled Dies on US coins. They are also not documented nearly as well as Doubled Dies on US coins etheir. I love this Doubled Die! It's not only the coolest, but the first one I've ever found on a Foreign coin. The passing of my grandfather was very devastating news at the time, as it was so unexpected, but as time went by, it has gotten easier over time.

Thank you for that link Dorado! It said that the normal ones are a common coin, but I don't know how common this Doubled Die Obverse is? I don't think it's that common, since I can't seem to find information on the Doubled Die variety.
Nice Die Crack by the way Dorado!
