1954 D LWC - Is This A 1954 D RPM 001 VLDS?

The line in the middle caught my attention. I know that 001 is meant to see a spread at the north and south and that obviously isn't seen on my example

I don't have paint on this computer to compare the lines but from my eye it looks close to the position of 001

Coppercoins says the LDS loses the south spread
Would this be a Very late die stage for it loses both spreads?
