If you look at the CCF Coin Facts page for the Morgan, near the bottom is lists the mintmarks and the location. EDIT - in the top picture on that page, you can see where the S is located below the wreath. Report this Post to the Staff

Fuzzy317 Moderator United States 14463 Posts	Posted 08/11/2018 03:15 am The US mint only started using a P mintmark to the dollar in 1979, and the nickel, dime, quarter, & half dollar in 1980. Before that there was not an actual mark to indicate Philadelphia. Since your coin does not have a mintmark, it was produced in Philadelphia. Be careful, because some people remove an existing mintmark to make the coin more valuable on certain years. Report this Post to the Staff

It would have to be verified by a well known TPG company. Ones I have recently seen for sale are in the $40,000-75,000 range. I would highly suspect that one is counterfeit.
