Here is a 5 Kina PNG issue in "matte finish" , apparently the matte finish one has a lower mintage than the normal proof one. I do not have a Krause, can someone please confirm mintage figures? Kuhli ?

Thanks in advance...

Okay lim118 here goes!!! The coin was issued in two formats and I don't know one from the other so you will have to tell me!
1976FM (M) mintage 166 valued in unc. at $35.00
1976FM (U) mintage 976 valued in unc. at $10.00
This information is from the 2004 catalog so values have probably tend upward?
As for that coin, I would take anything with a low mintage in unc. in a heartbeat. Less than 1500 available in the world? Can't go wrong on those kind of coins!
