This first coin has angled lines between some columns. Makes me think die file lines.

Those lines are called die scrapes, most likely caused by a mistimed feeder arm scraping against the reverse die. These lines generally are orientated from the northwest to the southeast on the Lincoln Cent. Other denominations have these lines as well.

Can be wide like your example or thinner/doubled on this coin.
