1927 Lincoln Penny ( On Foreign Planchette)?

Hey Everyone, I found this penny in a $1.00 coin Bin, I believe it to be struck on a foreign planchette, please see the pictures below and let me know what you think. Notice the bow on the Reverse of the Wheat penny.

It's hard to tell, is it def a bow or looks like one? Cause it kind of looks like a minor lamination problem to me. I would think that coin has been picked through a bunch of times and if it was a bow and in a less worn state, someone would have scooped that up a while ago. It's still a cool find if it is indeed a lam error. DISCLAIMER: This is just my uneducated opinion.

This coin has been cleaned harshly. Unfortunately, this has pretty much wrecked the value of it being collectible numismatically.

These are just damaged coins.

The bow on the reverse is just PMD, a stain. The other coin is an Indian Head cent with environmental damage.
