I'm new to coins and found this 2015 dime today. The front looks like an extra metal chunk is raised on it as "God" is printed on top of it. Looks like the back was pushed forward, but the back looks pretty flat with no real noticeable distortion. Any thoughts? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

to CCF. Looks like a heat bubble. The clad layers when heated will produce gases and form a bubble. It is post strike damage.

Trapped gas bubble that expanded when heated.

The rim is pretty banged up. Coin looks like it was in a vise or something. Physically abused.

To CCF! It's a damaged coin, not an error coin.

After it raised, then someone must have hammer it flat again to fit into a vending machine.
