i have a 200th anniversary of the constitution coin but it doesn't look like the others I have seen. It has an eagle in front of the sun on the front with the words "power and beauty" and the back has the constitution with with the words. also it weighs 1-1/4 oz not the .999 that is says. is this a rare version?

If you have something that is 1 1/4oz, it is not a US Mint product, probably just a bullion round since you mention .999

The .999 is the purity of the metal ( I assume silver) and not necessarily the weight. At this point Biokemist6 comment about a privately produced round is the most probable, although one can't rule out such issues by small island nations. A photo would help a lot.
