Three coins that I have found on ebay that are authenticated, but not listed in Charlton. Any thoughts? Are these legit?

They are all legitimate.
You need Volume II of Charltons to identify.

The first is an error of the Bald Eagle series as the edge lettering was left off.

The second is the Commemorative collectors .500 Silver Dollar.

The third is a $10.00 Gold coin from the Gold Maple Leaf Bullion Series.

Edit-
Correct typo

My 2016 volume 2 lists the 2013 Portrait of Power as a variant of the above: NGC should have listed it as the same "Portrait of Power, No Edge Lettering" which is included in the 7500 quantity sold, and books at $225 (a $75 premium) over the regular issue (BV $150). I would not consider this coin an "error" since both plain & letter edged are part of the issue

As for the 2004 Maple Leaf, I could only find 2005 & 2006 $10 gold coins with the "M7" privy mark. Perhaps NGC has the date mixed up?

Coin #2 is a PROOF variety, and I thought this coin was only ever done in SP for the silver version. The MS version is nickel?
Coin #3 has a 2004 date on it, which Charlton does not list.

Don't let the NGC label fool you... Coin #2 is a specimen strike.

the 1973 is indeed a specimen coin, and the gold coin is a 10$ issue, not a 20$ issue..

Errors are introduced during the minting process - which is clearly the case here. Errors introduce new varieties, unique or not, and if significant enough these varieties can certainly be listed as part of the issue.

What sets an "error" apart from other varieties is that it must be unintentional.

The question is... was it intentional?
