I'm somewhat on the fence with this one. My thought was it could have been cleaned in the past, but I don't know for sure.

This kind of streaking is a woodie, improper mixed too much zinc/tin to go "brassy"

It is a woody, but the eye appeal is lowered significantly due to the large area of damage on the reverse.

Environmental Damage as far as I know will cause that reddish tone.
