Looks like the regular Wide AM, since there's a gap in the "A" and "M". There's also a Split Plate Doubling issue as well. http://www.lincolncentresource.com/...closeAM.html

Normal RDV-006 which is normal that year. When looking for these forget looking at the AM area. Look to see if the M is centered between the A and E. if so, then it's a Wide AM. If the M is to the left, then it is a Close AM. Just see where that device is first.
