Is This A 1942 (Quarter) Double Die Obverse?

Still a great bit of silver and I wish I could still find these in my coin jar :P Diagnostics: The G/O in GOD, you in TRUST and L in LIBERTY do not show doubling to the south, nor do the 1, 9, and 4 in the date show doubling to the northeast. The doubling on the 4 is usually quite prominent even on very worn coins such as this one (it appears to the upper right side of the right upright of the 4.)
