Steelers72 nailed it. This one has a really weak strike so may have thrown some of you off. I do think the TPG's are losening the standards again on early copper.

The way tpgs grade these is based on the crown. I have noticed when the tip of the crown and the L in liberty is full like yours is, it tends to be in the AU range. Most XF and VF cents that same area and the L in particular tend to show more wear in the upper left corners; also area above the ear would show a bit more smoothness to the details in XF examples. Nice coin, congrats.
