There MAY be a lamination at the top, but I believe everything going on on the right hand side of the coin is PSD.

Lamination at 12:00 on the obverse. Rest is PMD, post mint damage.

There's a Lamination on the obverse, but the rest of it is Post Strike Damage on the reverse.
