Hey all,
I found this Nickel I am Wondering if it was struck on a foreign planchett? you can kind of make out a design or what appears to be a Bust of another coin on the Reverse.

Looks more like staining from dirty water. A soak in acetone may clean it up.

Just looks like staining/environmental damage to me. Looks like it may have been sitting in the dirt for a while.

That's just heavy staining from something corrosive. It's Environmental Damage, not an error. It's worth face value unfortunately.
