Evening all!
I picked up this coin a while ago and have been trying to figure out which ruler it is from. I was told it is Ayyubid.

It is of broadly Ayyubid style but was issued by the Artuqids of Mardin.

Najm al-Din Ghazi I, 1239-1260, AE fals, citing the 'Abbasid caliph al-Mustansir (1226-1242), mint and date illegible. Album 1833.

The word at top center on the obverse (star side) is "Ghazi", which unlocked the puzzle.

Didn't know much about that dynasty. Good old wikipedia says there's some interesting history with the Mongols during this time period.
