I purchased these 3 rainbow toned uncirculated steel pennies and this one has what appears to be doubling on motto and liberty. As well as interesting mint mark. I hope I did better with these photos. Thanks coin community.

Looks like the toning could be PVC contamination from old plastic coin flips from the 1970's. The top mintmark is post mint damage and the others are normal buisseness strikes from what I can see. Sorry but I can't pick up any doubling. Keep searching their out there.

All I see is Die Deterioration Doubling, not a doubled die.

I don't see any doubling, but I do see Die Deterioration (caused by a worn die) though.

Thanks guys..all three of the coins have a real pretty purple and red color if you touch the coin with anything like a powdery substance comes off. And the color comes with it. So is that Pcv damage? If so should I give the coin a quick dip in acetone or leave em alone and throw the into scrap bin or?

You're very welcome and no problem! Looks like you have PVC damage going on. I would give it a soak in 100% Acetone for 1 hour, to see if it helps. I would take it out of the 2x2 coin flip, because it will get worse as time goes by, since the one it's in contains PVC in the plastic itself. I would suggest getting these instead. https://www.ebay.com/itm/100-2-x-2-....m2749.l2649

If a substance is coming off, then that "toning" is nothing more than damage. I suspect these were an attempt to varnish them to keep from rusting. Do soak in acetone, overnite. The coin should NOT be shiny in Amy way, a dull or matte finish gray only! If they don't clean up, get rid of them, they may infect other coins!

BTW, #1 is half-essed...
