I know NNC is not a reliable grading company and is considered a basement grading company. However I bought the coin for a good price. I'm not the best at grading PL coins as I don't really collect many PL but I think it would grade PL 65 heavy cameo? Maybe PL66? I know there are a few members that specializes in this field. The plastic holder is in rough shape and has deep scratches all over, especially on the Queen's face. I'm unsure if I should take it out of the holder and put it in a 2x2 or just leave it. Let me know what you would do. Thanks

If you want someone to grade it, you will have to take it
out of the holder and take clear pictures.
The fields look rough in areas and it is hard to tell what
is on the coin and what is on the holder.

It looks like a nice coin but like mentioned if the scratches are on the holder I would crack it open and get it graded by another more recognised grading company if you want the coin in a hard slab.
I don't think this company has any say in the coin collecting hobby other than they slab coins I wouldn't go to the bank with there grading in the past.

Good advice. Impossible to assess accurately behind old plastic.

I would say ICCS would grade it pl65 or pl66 heavy cameo.

Very nice coin if the price was right.

Nice coin with a nice heavy cameo. To get a better idea of the grade, it would have to be removed from the holder so that we can distinguish marks on the actual coin from marks on the slab. But from what I can see, shouldn't be less than a 65. If you can safely remove it, I would. Having it in an NNC slab doesn't mean much, since they are usually way off (in my opinion).
