Since the pics arent working for me here is the words from the medal
obverse "Magyar vivo szovetseg"
Reverse "harom nemzet viadala"--budapest 1942. XI.19-22 torcsapat I

I think it reads Hungarian Fencing Association
And something on the reverse about a national tournament

Hopefully someone will be along that can offer a full translation
