The letters in "USOA" looks a little thick, but that might have been caused by a Later Die State issue. Maybe the die was a little bit worn, when it struck your coin?

The coin is still a keeper in my book. Why? It is an EDS reverse on the coin. They are harder to find than other die states. Often mistake as a doubled die. Why? Because the dies haven't been polished yet and the devices look larger and fresher.
