Some of the lettering on reverse like the S on pluribus

There's no doubling on the obverse. On the reverse, those are scratches, from taking a hit in circulation.

Remember if it is from the die, it would need to be incuse on the die. (all devices are that way) Thus it will be raised on the coin. Most damage is incuse. (sunk into the coin)
