The Bank of Korea 1998 mint set is one of the rarest, most expensive, and most sought after mint sets in Korea. What used to be a $700 mint set a few years back quickly became a $1500 set last year. One has now sold for a ridiculously huge price at the 25th Mail Bid Auction at Hwadong in Korea. Check out the video below to hear the details.
I can't help but watch all your vids from start to finish. I think this very well done video will even help push the value up on your 1998 mint set and 500 won. I don't think I'll get one in change over here in the US tho. Congrats on the purchase. Thanks
Just finished this video after watching the one on the mail sale. Both were a pleasure. Same comment though, where's your son. Also I don't think my wife would let me act like that in a video, or wear that hat. You are very lucky.
Hello, I saw your nice funny video here and I want to ask you where can I sell these sets? I have one set 1998. And how much is real price for it today in 2020?
@Neunumis I replied on another post about this, but you can sell them on ebay rather easily, as there are plenty of westerners that are interested in the set. I think even at one point last year the set sold for like $3,300.
