i have gone through literally 10,000 nickel dollars and have not ran into one, with these marks. I would assume PMD, but would like someone with a lot more experience than myself; to offer opinions. thanks in advance..

Reeding is imparted by the collar.
The coin cannot be struck as shown in the first pic.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
