Just pick this up at my LCS and the MM looks like it has some split serif, looks kinda like RPM-04. What do you think?   |

Yea I thought that too E&V does it look re-punched though? If it is it doesn't match any listings I've seen.

It does looked Repunched, but it doesn't match that listing on VV.
Edit: I'm not 100& sure if it's an RPM or not.

The location on your con doesn't match any of the 6 listed. If anything 3 is the closest. Yours looks even closer to the torch than that. Maybe some flattening at play , maybe new, maybe not :)

How about a OMM I can almost make out a horizontal D under the mid found of the S extending to the torch

Then what could it be? Not being cynical or defensive. I'm looking under the middle found of the S and the shaping of the S. I can see some flattening but I'm just confused and curious.

I believe the punch made a wider MM, but no spread to make it a RPM. (Like the overlay you created shows)
