1939 Mercury Dime For Grading

I won this entire lot of dimes for just over $1 per coin.

This 1939 was in an old 2x2 marked AU. The "window" on the back had 2 pinholes, causing two unfortunate black spots.

The black spots will "dip" off, they were caused by the holes in the 2x2. I would not call this a details coin.

AU-55 ,might be able to get those black spots down to an exceptional level without damaging the coin .
