My boyfriend have different coins but he have one in specific that doesn't have the year and we don't know what's the language. I'll appreciate any help that I can get

It is aluminium-bronze (brass), on this page. The last date digit doesn't exist for the aluminium type (remember: in Hebrew you read from right to left!)
