Maybe even a VF+. Except fo the soiling on the reverse there's one corner that's rounded, and a slight hint of horizontal bending. I am not seeing any vertical folds.

Note is seriously stained or discolored at the bottom. Folds will not necessarily show in a pic like this. It would net grade in any event. Still a tough bank for sure.

If you send it in they'll probably give it a VF35 grade with the notation of stains.

Would the number stop me from buying it, probably not, however, I am superstitious with that number. I don't know, just weird I guess.

I betcha that would be one note number that was saved often and you could make a nice collection. You'd probably spend a lot of money and if you are married, your wife will eventually tell you to go to HELL, where those bills would be graciously accepted.
