Looks to be about VF-20 or so. Possibly worth about 5 quid give or take.

Rare, hard to grade, 90° rotation on both sides
These sell for about 10 bucks Canadian on ebay.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

VF-20 with some environmental damage. You'd get about $4 Canadian or maybe bargain bin for $2.

I say F15 Environmental Damage

Without out the ED it could be VF20 but I think the ED brings it down a F15 net grade
