Hi,

I am under the requirement to publicly declare that "I am a Numisnerd".

So there. I did it.

Backstory: As a part of our family's move from FL to UT, I was required to sell my Mustang GT, which had been a gift from my mom several years ago, and who passed away not long after. So the car always held great sentimental value. The new situation in UT will not allow me to bring the Mustang, so I had to sell it. As part of the deal, I was able to put some of those funds into coins for my collection that filled holes for 3 of my centuries (582 AD, 118 BC, and 218 BC) and the first coin for my baby daughter (317 AD) as "Grandma Janet's Hoard". The package arrived on Friday, and I opened it with my wife and daughter. As part of the fun, I had to post publicly that I am a Numisnerd.

Aloha and Happy Sunday everyone!

You are safe here.
Nobody needs to force me to admit it. Occasionally my better half asks if I have been glued to my computer on coin stuff AGAIN for the last hour. I tell her I am engaged in continuing education.

Just an 02. Sentimental value far outweighed practical, book, or collector? values. Grateful my mom's memory can hold a place with a few choice pieces in the coin collection now, where driveway space, repairs, and insurance are less of an issue.

Just an 02.

Nothing wrong with that.
All GT's are fairly collectible especially
since they have the V8.

pics?

Also I think that skis and a mountain bike are more practical transportation than the Mustang in Utah.

It sounds like you honored your Mom, you did things right, and you are passing it on. Good job.
