Apollodotus II. His coins are inexplicably an order of magnitude more common than any other Indo-Greek ruler, even the great Menander. They also come in two styles, "Greek" style with a realistic portrait, and "Indian" style with a schematized or cartoonish portrait - yours is the latter.

I haven't seen much discussion on the subject, but it is entirely possible that his coins were made for decades after his death. They usually sell for $15-20 in this condition.
