Well, it is MD, size is reduced on the device. And a quick check on a resource tells ya something, there are NO DDO's for business strike coins this year/MM, only proof.

It's Machine Doubling, because the devices have been reduced in size, and it's shelflike in appearance. http://www.error-ref.com/machine-doubling/

Wexler lists one, WDDO-006 but your coin is not that.
