the photos of the coin make it a little difficult to determine grade and condition. it may be the lighting you are using. natural light is better than bulbs. the coin was minted in New Orleans designated by the "O". it is a common date. many coins minted at the NO facility have strike issues and this one is typical as you can see from the details in the hair and the eagles breast appear to flat, this is occurs from a weak strike. your coin probably grades mid AU and has retail value in the $35 range. hope that helps
