Welcome and post a pic of the bill. We'd like to see the condition, series and full serial #.

Cool serial number, but not worth grading in the condition that's in.

I would keep it though!

I'd personally keep that note. It's just a buck.

I say that but just be careful of the "it's just a buck" trap. Those just a bucks can add up quickly. After a year or two of that, you may count your "just a buck" stack and find yourself saying, "heck, that's a truck payment" or "that's a new chop saw" or "that's enough for a graded note I REALLY want".

ooops, [/soapbox]

It may seem that way, but all the spendable cash and change we squirrel away just loses value over the years and could be better off invested elsewhere (PMs have to come back sometime, right? right?). Yes other investments have inherent risk but we KNOW the value of cash will always decrease unless deflation occurs. In which case we likely have much bigger problems.

You will inevitably ask yourself in a year "why did I keep this somewhat cool but wrinkly note?". In fact, I'm looking at a stack of crinkly $1 notes which I'm sure I thought were awesome at one point, but are going to get deposited tomorrow and end up in a 529.

Now, don't get me wrong... I still think it's fun to keep "just a buck".
