That's interesting. I was going to say it was damage, but I want better pictures with less glare, to see what's going on, in that area.

It's actually sticking out it is not a dent it's more like extra material or something of that sort

Try pressing it down with a toothpick. If it gives, then it is a gas bubble. If it is firm, the it is die dents or gouges.

If the two defects are sunken (as they appear to be), then these are struck-through errors. If they are raised, as the OP claims, then they're most likely bits of dried glue.
