I Need Help Determining If This 2002 Penny Is A Mint Errorl

Pepes mom New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 08/30/2018 11:06 pm I'm new to this and need your help . There are the obvious holes above the head and in the eyebrow don't appear to be damage caused after mint. The pictures without flash show the facial deformities such as the bulging forehead and cheek area. So, is it mint error or wishful thinking? What do you guys think? Report this Post to the Staff
