I'm posting this picture to see if I found the real thing or not to me it looks like there's a double ear on top and bottom but I like to get other people suggestions just to be sure thank you

Sorry, not a doubled die variety. Go to coppercoins.com, variety vista, or doubledie.com and look up the doubled ear varieties for : 1984, 1997, 2006, 1983 D, and you will get a better understanding of these varieties. Although there is an impression on your coins ear lobe it is not from a doubling of the die used to mint your coin. I have several like yours from the 1990's and not sure what causes these but am sure its not a doubled die. Good luck and keep searching their out there. Welcome to the forum, glad you found us.

 To CCF! You coin took a hit on the earlobe area, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened.
Errers and Varietys.

 Not a doubled die, just some PMD.  to the CCF!

Note the area you are looking at. It was pressed into the coin making it lower. If it were a doubled ear, it would be raised, not incuse.  Click to enlarge the image. I put them all on the same image. (just missing one) But this is what you should look for.
