I'm posting this picture to see if I found the real thing or not to me it looks like there's a double ear on top and bottom but I like to get other people suggestions just to be sure thank you

Sorry, not a doubled die variety. Go to coppercoins.com, variety vista, or doubledie.com and look up the doubled ear varieties for : 1984, 1997, 2006, 1983 D, and you will get a better understanding of these varieties.
Although there is an impression on your coins ear lobe it is not from a doubling of the die used to mint your coin. I have several like yours from the 1990's and not sure what causes these but am sure its not a doubled die. Good luck and keep searching their out there.

To CCF! You coin took a hit on the earlobe area, causing the metal to get pushed over and flattened.

Note the area you are looking at. It was pressed into the coin making it lower. If it were a doubled ear, it would be raised, not incuse.
