A DDO would have to be on the earlobe. That is the only area that is affected that so far Wexler has listed. I do see some MD on America.

I'm seeing doubled die here? Am I mistaken? because I'm not finding this on any other Quarter.

Are the underlying letters curved or flat. If flat, and I cannot really tell from the pics, then it would be Mechanical Doubling (think of the die jumping and coming down again).
