Im not even sure where to start..
Or what to call it.

You have started in the right direction by joining this Forum,so first , welcome.
Then you can call it an old worn out damaged Nickel that has taken several hits and has a minor Greaser, but the areas you are looking at on both front and back are damaged, it looks as if it got stuck/lodged in between something and got smashed.

To CCF! As said, you have just a heavily damaged coin. It's worth face value.

Note how the metal is moved. Pushed and rising. This doesn't happen on a Struck Through Grease error. The affected area is reduced in strength, not push aside. PSD.

It is worth what it says on the back of the coin. That is PSD. (Post-Strike-Damage) Either it was removed or just circulation wore it down.
Rest in Peace

Welcome to the forum. I'm just seeing as the others do, normal wear or exaggerated human influenced wear.
