Anyone having problems adding funds to your PayPal account recently?

it all depends, on how you add them, if it is from an account, it can take a few days to process, just like a check, if it is funded from a credit card it is usually immediate..

All I can recall Tom is all the hoops I had to jump through to link my credit card. When it came to trying to link my bank account it became a maze and I just abandoned all hope! Never did get that to work.

Thanks guys! This all started last week. I left a message with PayPal on that "contact us" link but it seems to have fallen into a black hole!

I had trouble this week paying for an ebay purchase with PayPal and got a very similar message. Eventually had to tell paypal to pay from my debit card instead of my bank account and it worked fine. Don't really understand since debit card and bank account are the same account. |

Debit card transactions are processed through your card's network (Visa, MC, etc.) using the number on the card while direct account transactions are done via ACH transfers using your account number and bank routing number. |

I assume this is something you've done many times before with no problem, haven't changed anything, and now there is a problem.  Is it a credit card, bank account or debit card you are using as the source? Has anything changed with them? I have only added to my balance from a bank account (not debit card) and I have had no troubles lately. The last transfer completed this last week and I started a new transfer not too long after with no errors/warnings.  In Memory of Crazyb0 12-26-1951 to 7-27-2020

I think that's a "boiler plate" message. Wait the three to five days (business) and the money will be there. I'll admit adding money to paypal from my checking account seems to take forever.
