I found this 1964 D LMC penny in pocket change and I wonder if it is worth getting graded? Does it have full step designation?

Nope, not even close to a Full Step. The steps can't be disturbed at all.

''Badthad'' is the only one I know who even mentions Full Steps on a Lincoln Memorial .

So I guess it just HAS to be so?

Come on, FS is Jeff nickel, FSB is Merc Split Band AND FBL is Full Bell Lines on a Franklin half. THOSE are the only designation of full anything!
